Shah Rukh Khan is known as the King of Romance in Bollywood. Over the years we have seen the proofs that no one romances better than him. Be it in Baazigar, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Jab Tak Hai Jaan or his upcoming release Jab Harry Met Sejal, you just cannot escape from his charm. Ask any actress about him and they have all the good things to say about King Khan.
Recently, in an interview to a leading daily, Shah Rukh spoke his mind and why the female co-stars are so comfortable around him. SRK said “I have been working since a long time. So a lot of girls, who have grown up or have their own children or mothers who have become grandmothers now, they all have seen me from the start. They recognise the sensitivity that I have when I am essaying the various roles in my films.”
He also shared his thoughts on why women feel it is alright to be naughty with SRK. “I believe 90% women also feel it is alright to be naughty with Shah Rukh! Also, I come across as a harmless man and I guess girls like that. Girls know that I would love them the way they are because I love every woman in the world irrespective of their age, background. They also know that I love them without them having to try for me to love them back.”

Shah Rukh further added, “My upbringing is done by women. Even right now, I am surrounded by women – my sister, my wife, my daughter and of course all the ladies that I have worked with. This is the only reason that I can give to explain why people link me up to them so fast, especially women. They know there is decency, there is dignity and it’s alright to feel sad with Shah Rukh and it’s alright to feel happy with Shah Rukh.”
SRK is gearing up for the release of Jab Harry Met Sejal along with Anushka Sharma. The Imtiaz Ali directorial will hit the theatres on August 4.
