Parineeti Chopra, who has lent her voice for Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin in the forthcoming film, is now all set to perform live for her fans. She will next be seen along with Ayushmann Khurrana. In the film, she will be seen essaying the role of an aspiring singer. Keeping in mind the interest of both the actors’ in singing, the makers decided to organise a musical concert in association with Hindustan Times. But before the concert, the lead actress lost her voice.
Parineeti, who is supposed to perform live with Ayushmann on Friday took to her twitter page and shared that before her concert, she woke up with no voice and revealed that this is the worst nightmare. Apologising for her bad throat, the Kill Dill actress said that she felt sorry for those with whom she is not able to talk. Read the complete post here:
Guys woke with no voice today, a singer worst nightmare! Juat a day before the HT Mumbai Meri Hai and Meri Pyaari Bindu concert tommorrow. I am really really upset but have no choice but to rest it out today. Sorry to all of you whom i am not able to talk today.
The said musical night will be held in Bandra Fort, a famous location in suburban Mumbai.
Meri Pyaari Bindu features Ayushmann as a Bengali boy named Abhimanyu Roy, while Parineeti will be seen essaying the role of a modern town girl Bindu. It will also mark her comeback after her last released Kill Dill.
Directed by Akshay Roy, the film narrates the childhood love story of Abhimanyu and Bindu. The film is slated to release on May 12.
Meanwhile, Parineeti also has Golmaal Again in her kitty. This is the first time, she will be seen sharing the screen with the crazy Golmaal family including Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Khemu, Tabu and Tusshar Kapoor among others.
