Veteran Bollywood actress Reema Lagoo passed away following a cardiac arrest early on Thursday morning

Bollywood’s favourite maa and one of the most popular faces of TV and Hindi cinema, actress Reema Lagoo died early on Thursday morning, following a cardiac arrest. The 59-year-old Marathi TV and stage actress breathed her last at a private hospital where she was rushed shortly after midnight.

Born as Gurinder Bhadbhade, the actress was famous for playing the ‘mother’ in both movies and television. Her most popular movies were “Hum Aapke Hain Kaun”, “Hum Saath Saath Hain”, “Maine Pyar Kiya” and “Kal Ho Na Ho”.

Not only this, who can forget her popular TV shows Shriman Shrimati and Tu Tu Main Main. Reema Lagoo started her journey with TV and gained popularity on the big screen with the film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, in which she played the role of Juhi Chawla’s mother.

Her sudden demise has left the entire film industry and her fans in a state of shock. The entire social media is filled with condolence messages and the pictures of the actress.
