Baahubali 2 emerges as India's first film to cross Rs 100 crore at INOX

Baahubali 2 is on a record breaking spree. The Box Office records that this SS Rajamouli film is making will not be surpassed by any film soon

SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster Baahubali 2 has successfully completed third theatrical weekend, but the film hasn’t slowed down at the Box Office. In fact, the film, a sequel to the 2015 blockbuster Baahubali: The Beginning is creating records across the world by each passing day. Even the Hindi dubbed version of Baahubali 2 turned out to be an all-time highest grosser in the history of Indian cinema.

InUth had previously reported that Baahubali 2 has emerged as the first Indian film to cross Rs 1000 crore at the Box Office worldwide. And now, the SS Rajamouli film has created a unique record which will definitely remain unbroken in years to come.

Reportedly, Baahubali 2 has minted more than Rs 100 crore at INOX, one of the popular multiplex chains in India. It is also the first Indian movie to have collected more than Rs 100 crore at INOX. It’s also a double celebration for INOX, as the multiplex chain is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year and all the stakeholders are said to be extremely happy with the record-breaking Box Office results. Prior to the release of Baahubali 2, the makers had tied up with INOX as its multiplex partner with 450 screens alone in India.

Meanwhile, the Hindi version of the film is close to rake-in Rs 450 cr at the Box Office. Here’s the breakup of the collection Baahubali: The Conclusion has made in its weekend 3:
Friday: Rs 10. 05 cr
Saturday: Rs 14. 75 cr
Sunday: Rs 17. 75 cr

Baahubali 2 features Telugu superstar Prabhas in dual roles, as father-son duo Mahendra Baahubali and Amarendra Baahubali. The film also stars Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sathyaraj and Ramya Krishnan in important roles.
