Diwali is set for the spectacular box office clash as Ajay Devgn’s suspense thriller ‘Shivaay‘ is set to fight for attention with ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘. Both the films are slated to release on 28 October 2016  The trailer and songs of both the films are being liked by fans equally.

The dialogues and teasers of the films have become a rage among the fans. ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘ and ‘Shivaay‘ has piqued everyone’s interest with an intriguing plotline. Where Ajay’s film’s background score is mesmerising, Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ songs have become a part of everyone’s playlist. The excitement level among the fans is evident as we got down on the streets of Mumbai and Delhi to ask people which movie they prefer among the two.

Apart from the adrenaline pumping action sequences, Ajay’s film has been shot at some really undisclosed and wonderful locations. The movie will explore the wonderful relationship of a father and daughter. Karan’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘ stars Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan. Their onscreen presence will surely set the screen on fire with their magnanimous performance.

Ajay’s directorial debut will mark the debut of  Erika Kaar and the grand niece of Saira Banu, Sayyeshaa Saigal. Karan’s movie explores heartbreaks, friendship, and love. It will also be interesting to see which movie enters the 100 crores club first.

Both ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘ and ‘Shivaay’ have a demarcated target audience and are of catering to a specific genre. Ajay’s ‘Shivaay‘ is a full entertainer masala film. Ranbir’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ is very urban-youth centric. The responses we got simply indicates that both films are backed by strong fan following.
