Watch: Voldemort and Belle fall in love in this bizarre mashup !

Belle and Voldemort fall in love in this mashup. Nothing makes sense anymore.

Who could ever learn to love a real beast like Voldemort? Belle.

Belle is beautiful.
Belle is brave.
Belle loves Voldemort.
Be like Belle.

We just stumbled upon a mashup of ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘Harry Potter’, with Voldemort as the beast, and Belle is a (beautiful) witch.

While most pop culture characters mashups are absolutely savage — this one with Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter, is a bit of a head-scratcher.

The YouTube channel PistolShrimps — maintained by a comedy duo from Norway — thought it would be nice to see Emma Watson’s Belle fall in love with her former Potter nemesis, ‘He Who Must Not Be Named’. It has scenes from Harry Potter, where we see Voldemort and Hermoine Granger, and there are scenes from Beauty and the beast where Emma plays Belle. We can already see the fanboys and fangirls screaming on the inside. SO much internal screaming.

It’s bizarre, sure it is, but the gorgeous, neo-gothic castle backdrops and the dim lighting actually make the whole thing look pretty romantic and the whole thing blends together quite well. Was it a love story waiting to happen? Are we going to witness a ton load of fan written fiction now? Who knows. But we’re pretty excited about it.

The best part about Comicstaan is that a bad performance is mitigated to four minutes. As against having to endure a badly written hour-long special.
