The world's first HOVERBIKE is here and it looks RAD

This hoverbike looks like it's straight outta Star Wars.

If you’re into sci-fi and technology that is ahead of its time, here’s some good news for you: A company named Hoversurf has come up with the world’s fully manned, single-seat hoverbike that not only has the capacity to lift you up in the sky, but also puts the control right into your own hands and it looks like something right out of Star wars.

The flying bike, called the Scorpion-3, merges a standard motorbike design with drone quad-copter technology to allow riders to take the craft in the air as if they are riding a flying bike.

Even though it is currently pegged as an extreme sports instrument, the company hopes that someday in the future people will realize the hoverboard’s full transportation abilities and it can replace cars and bikes.

The flying bike being tested by the company unmanned:

Although it does look absolutely terrifying to fly, the manufacturers at Hoversurf have said they’ve included speed and height limitations for safety reasons.

If you don’t know how to operate drones, we advice you to stay away for now. If you are a master of the drones, the future looks pretty fly for you.
