The Federal Communications Commission has repealed net neutrality and people are using memes to get back at Ajit Pai, the FCC’s chairman.
The plan is immensely unpopular not just within the US, but basically everyone on the Internet who understands what it means. Websites like Google and Facebook have also spoken out against the FCC’s decision. In a video shared recently, Pai is shown holding a fidget spinner to explain that even though they’ll let ISP’s strangle free Internet to death, they’ll let us continue to post selfies. Gee, thanks. In response to the terrible video, the Internet is tearing Pai apart with some pretty savage memes.
Here are seven Ajit Pai-memes to enjoy while we still have net neutrality:
“Ajit Pai’s video is relatable is relatable AF!” said no millennial ever
So, Ajit is the Indian version of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.

Who needs an open, democratically functioning internet LOL
Celebrations are in order we guess?
As if the memes weren’t enough, people took to Twitter to vent their frustration:
