A Band Of Boys Is Getting Back Together And The 90s Kid In Us Is Ecstatic

Before we even start talking about the reunion and why all Indie bands needs to get back together to save us from horrible Bollywood rehashes, we urge you to jam to this number:

Aaaaaaand this one:

Okay, now that we’ve gotten that out of our system, let’s address the big news: A Band Of Boys will be performing live in Pune on April 22, 2018, as per this post shared by Karan Oberoi, one of the members of the band, on Instagram:

If you were a kid or teen during the early 2000s, you’ve probably grown up listening to amazing bands like Strings, Euphoria, Colonial Cousins, A Band Of Boys, Bombay Vikings and several others. Every 90s kid can probably wax eloquent on why it’s very, very important to uplift independent artists again. No seriously, we’re done with Bollywood remixing (read: destroying) classics and giving us songs like Gandi Baat and Swag Se Swagat.  It’s time to relive your childhood because both of these bands will be performing live at Pune. While we’re sad that Sudhanshu Pandey and Siddharth Haldipur aren’t a part of the band anymore, but we can’t wait to watch the desi Backstreet Boys back in action!
