Jason Behrendorff reacts on being compared to WWE wrestler John Cena. His reply will make you ROFL

Australian team beat India cricket team by eight wickets in the 2nd T20 International to level the three-match series 1-1

Jason Behrendorff was named the Man of the Match in only his second international game after helping Australia beat India cricket team by eight wickets in the 2nd T20 International at the Assam Cricket Association (ACA) Barsapara Stadium on October 11. He burst out in laughter after being compared to WWE wrestler John Cena, who has a huge fan following in India.

During the post-match presentation, a reporter asked Jason Behrendorff: “Some of the fans seem to see a likeness between you and the professional wrestler John Cena. Have you ever got that?”

Following this, Jason Behrendorff replied: “No I haven’t. But from what I can understand is that he is fair bit bigger than I am. So, but yeah, I’ll take it.”

Earlier, Australia rode on the pace of Jason Behrendorff (4/21) and leg-spinner Adam Zampa (2/19) to pack off India for a paltry 118 in their quota of 20 overs.

Behrendorff used the overcast conditions well to send back Rohit Sharma for just eight runs and skipper Virat Kohli for a duck in the very first over.

Chasing a paltry 119, Australia initially got a taste of their own medicine from India’s bowling pair of Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar who are very well versed with the new ball. The Kangaroos were reduced to 13/2.

Skipper David Warner (2) was the first man to be dismissed off a short-pitched ball from Bumrah before Bhuvneshwar struck with the wicket of the in-form Aaron Finch (8), comfortably caught by captain Virat Kohli on both occasions.

All-rounder Moises Henriques (62 not out) and Travis Head (48 not out) then started the repair work cautiously before launching an all-out attack on the Indians to eventually end up with a 109-run undefeated third wicket stand.

India and Australia will now head to Hyderabad where they will play the decider game on October 13.
