Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer Umesh Yadav on April 13 showed glimpses of his havoc-creating abilities when he ripped apart Kings XI Punjab’s top order in just one over during match 9 of the IPL 2018 season at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
Umesh Yadav, who failed to make it to the playing XI during India’s tour of South Africa in Tests as well as in ODIs, today proved his worth as he picked up three-star batsmen from KXIP batting line-up in his 2nd over. Yadav picked up wickets of Mayank Agarwal, Aaron Finch on first ball and Yuvraj Singh.
With this, Yadav became the first bowler to take six three-wicket hauls in IPL.
Besides his pace bowling, Yadav also grabbed the spot-light for donning new hair-style. Twitterati complemented his new ‘pony’ hair-style for improvement in his bowling. Here are some of the interesting reactions:

Umesh Yadav last played ODI was against Australia at Bengaluru on Sep 28, 2017. His last Test match was against Sri Lanka in November 2017.
Meanwhile, RCB skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and he invited KXIP to bat first. RCB lost their inaugural game against KKR at Eden Gardens. They are currently at no 7 on ‘ Points Table Tally’.
