#WeSupportYuvraj: Twitterati stand by Yuvraj Singh, slam Akanksha Sharma for her undue publicity stunt

People on Twitter are showing their support to their favourite cricketer after her sister-n-law Akanksha Sharma accused him and his family of domestic violence

A day after Indian cricket star Yuvraj Singh’s family lawyer cleared the air that no FIR has been lodged against him and his family for domestic violence, people on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, have come up in support of the Indian cricketer. The Twitterati are using the hashtag #WeSupportYuvraj to voice their opinion on social media. They are also accusing Yuvraj’s sister-in-law Akanksha Sharma of unnecessarily dragging him to gain cheap fame.

According to several media reports, Akanksha Sharma, who also was a Big Boss Season 10 contestant, has alleged that she was under pressure from her in-laws who wanted her to have a baby. He lawyer, Swati, stated that Yuvraj was a mute spectator to the suffering caused to her client by Zoravar and his mother. On October 18, it was learned that Yuvi has been booked for domestic violence. However, his family lawyer Damanbir Singh Sobti rubbished all such reports and claimed that no case has been registered.
