How Rahat Ali's Rude Send-off Made Imad Wasim Lose His Cool During PSL Match

The ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been serving a perfect dose of entertainment to cricket enthusiasts. Numerous outstanding performances on the field has gained much attention, however, this time, a brawl between two cricketers is under the spotlight.

During match number 19, between the Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators, a heated conversation between Kings captain Imad Wasim and Gladiators speedster Rahat Ali made headlines.

Batting first, the Gladiators scored a massive 180 runs in their 20-overs quota after losing 4 wickets. However, the Kings went through a massive batting order collapse and trembled badly. Their top order failed to score more runs. Skipper Imad Wasim managed to anchor the inning with Babar Azam and then Mohammad Rizwan, but unfortunately lost his wicket in the 16th to Rahat Ai and thus began the drama.

After losing his wicket, Imad stared at Rahat after which he made a gesture asking him to ‘get out’. This send-off made the Kings skipper more furious and a few words were exchanged while Wasim made his way back to the dressing room.

Post the captain’s dismissal, the Karachi Kings didn’t find any way of making a comeback in the game. They fell short by 67 runs and ultimately lost the game to Quetta Gladiators.

With this victory, the Sarfraz Ahmed-led Gladiators are currently holding the 3rd position on the points table after Islamabad United being on the top and Multan Sultans on the second.
