MS Dhoni Dismissing Kuldeep Yadav's Fielding Change Is All You Need To Watch Today

This is not the first time Dhoni schooled Kuldeep

MS Dhoni grooms youngsters in his own way. His comments from behind the stumps are as cheeky as they can get. His advice is mixed with sarcasm, whether directed towards the fielders or the bowlers. Kuldeep Yadav got schooled by ‘Captain Cool’ in a similar way during India vs Afghanistan clash in Asia Cup 2018 when the former wanted a fielding change.

Dhoni’s experience is unmatched and recent events have been a testimony to his brilliant captaincy on the field. Despite having lesser experience, Kuldeep asked for a fielding change and the video of him doing that has gone viral.

In the video, Dhoni denied Kuldeep the field change he wanted. When Kuldeep asked him again, Dhoni came up with a brilliant reply. He said, “Bowling karega ya bowler change kare? (Will you bowl or should we change the bowler?)”.

This led to Twitterati sharing another addition to Dhoni’s ‘thug life’ moments on the field:

This is not the first time Dhoni schooled Kuldeep. In the India vs Australia ODI series in 2017, it was the opposite as Dhoni suggested a field change but Kuldeep felt that the field position was okay. To which “Me pagal hu yaha pe jo 300 One-day khela hu!” (Am I mad here who has played 300 matches?). However, Dhoni was right as the 23-year-old revealed in What The Duck show.

The Chinaman did bowl efficiently against Afghanistan bowlers. He got Hashmatullah Shahidi and skipper Asghar Afghan for a duck off consecutive deliveries. He gave just 38 runs from his quota of 10 overs at an impressive economy rate of 3.80.
