Sehwag’s KXIP has done reasonably well in this season. They have won two out of three matches. Their expensive recruit KL Rahul scored the fastest fifty of IPL against Delhi Daredevils (DD). After suffering a loss by a small margin to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in their second match, their move to give veteran T20 batsman Chris Gayle a chance worked wonders.

Gaylestorm blew away Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their third match of the tournament. Sehwag posted a video of celebrations after the match as well where Gayle was seen cutting the cake after his quickfire knock.
