Priya Prakash Varrier, popularly known as the wink-girl, became an overnight sensation earlier this year after the music video of her debut film Oru Adaar Love (2018) went viral on the internet.
In the 44-second video teaser, Priya, dressed as a young schoolgirl, was seen exchanging smiles, eyebrow wiggles and winks with her co-actor Roshan Abdul Rahoof.
The clip went viral and has so far garnered over 2 crore views on video sharing platform YouTube.
Following this, the wink fever gripped the entire nation as many celebrities, including Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Neha Kakar, among others tried to copy Priya.
The fever has now gripped cricketers too. Recently Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) player Brendon McCullum tried to enact Priya’s eyebrow wiggles while he was inside an airplane with the other team members.
RCB took to their official Twitter handle to share the video of McCullum and captioned it as: “Does @Bazmccullum closely compete with Priya? Expressions that make your heart melt.”
The video instantly went viral and has fetched over 7K views including 81 retweets so far.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli-led RCB will be facing Rajasthan Royals in a must-win game for both the teams at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur later in the day.
Both the sides have 12 points from 13 games and Saturday’s match will decide their fate in the ongoing season as a loss will be the end of the road for one of them.
RCB is currently at Number 5 on the points table. If they manage to win this game then they will move up to the third position with 14 points and better run rate. Kolkata Knight Riders will shift to the fouth position.
