Ahead of the 2nd Test, skipper Virat Kohli, Test debutant Hardik Pandya and opener KL Rahul were seen together chilling beside a swimming pool

The Indian cricket team smashed the Sri Lankans in the first Test of the bilateral series by 304 runs while the next game is scheduled to be played on August 4. Since there’s a lot of time remaining for the action, the players of Team India decided to blow some steam off. Ahead of the 2nd Test, skipper Virat Kohli, Test debutant Hardik Pandya and opener KL Rahul were seen together chilling beside a pool.

The players love to explore the environment away from home when they are touring some other country. They go shopping, have dinner/lunch together, explore the beaches and of course capture all of these by clicking selfies. This time skipper Virat Kohli clicked a perfect picture with his teammates and shared the same on the social media. Pandya made his test debut in recently concluded match against Sri Lanka which India won. After the victory, he took to his official Twitter account and shared a selfie with captain Kohli and KL Rahul who is back in the camp after recovering from the viral fever.

Pandya shared the picture in which all the three young cricketers could be seen beside a pool enjoying their free time. He wrote a caption which said,”Fun times in the sun with these boys! @imVkohli @klrahul11.”

In another picture shared by Virat Kohli, he and Rahul could be seen chilling in the pool.

Earlier, Rohit Sharma also shared a picture of a hotel room where several others cricketers were enjoying a FIFA gaming session alongside Shikhar Dhawan, Cheteshwar Pujara, Wriddhiman Saha, KL Rahul Sharma. Later, Rohit took to his official Twitter handle and shared the picture on the micro-blogging site which he captioned it as,”Victory tastes as good when we play FIFA #PostMatchFfaSessions #Mates.”

Team India brutally hammered the injury-stricken Sri Lankans in the first Test. Despite Karunaratne’s 97 and Niroshan Dickwella’s 67, the hosts failed to chase the target of 550 runs and lost the game.
