The second match of the 3-match India vs Sri Lanka Test series is underway at the SSC in Colombo. The Indian cricket team scored a mammoth total of 622 after playing for almost two days. Also, KL Rahul, R Ashwin, Wriddhiman Saha and Ravindra Jadeja contributed with their half-centuries and took their team’s total beyond 600 mark.

In reply, the Sri Lankans couldn’t match up with their performance and their batting line-up terribly failed to perform. Ashwin’s 26th 5-wickets haul crushed the opponents didn’t allow them to withstand even 50 overs and as a result, the entire Sri Lanka team got dismissed within a total of 183 runs and were enforced a follow on.

He took to his official Twitter account and wrote,”International match hai ya mazaak. (Is it an international match or a joke). No contest at all.”

The Sri Lankan had already lost the first game and lagging behind by 1-0 in the series. Their newly appointed captain, Dinesh Chandimal returned in the team after recovering from pneumonia, however, the team couldn’t perform well with the ball and the bowlers conceded 622 runs in the first innings.
