Rohit Sharma dedicates MoM award to Ritika Sajdeh with an adorable #ValentinesDay message

There is no two ways about it, Indian captain Virat Kohli has made it clear he will press for a win in the last ODI at Centurion

Valentine’s Day has spared no one. Not even Team India.

Rohit Sharma slammed his 17th ODI century to help India create history at Port Elizabeth in the 5th One Day International, where the visitors beat the hosts by 73 runs. Rohit Sharma, who was having a torrid run in the first 4 ODIs, was tormented by trollers on social media.

On Tuesday, he shut his critics with a scintillating century which also helped him bag Man of the Match (MoM). The Maharashtrian scored 116 off 125 balls, helping India cross 270 mark.

During his stay at the wicket, he looked comfortable and when he was hitting those towering sixes there was a sense of nonchalance about him, which is his trademark. This is one of those innings that will give Rohit Sharma immense confidence looking ahead at 2018.

Rohit’s message for Ritika shows that no matter where he is, he will never forget his better half. However, he would be looking to end the tour on a high with the three-match T20I series commencing on February 18. The final ODI, scheduled on February 16,  will be a dead-rubber.

Virat Kohli has made it clear that he will press for a win in that match too.
