'Gabbar' Shikhar Dhawan gets emotional after 2nd ODI vs New Zealand, shares video on Twitter!

The left-handed batsman played superb 68 runs knock to guide his team to victory over New Zealand in 2nd ODI

Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan, popularly known ‘Gabbar’ of the Indian cricket team, recently got emotional after the second One Day International (ODI) match against Kane Williamson-led New Zealand. Shikhar, who opened the innings for India, recently shared a video on his Twitter account where his son Zoraver can be seen waiting for his father to appear on the television during the 2nd ODI played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on October 25.

In the video, Zoraver can be seen pointing towards his father when he appears on the television, Shikhar captioned the video as:

“Dil bhar aaya video dekh ke, jis tareeke se zoraver mujhe dhoondh rha hai. Mera pyaar aur duyaaein hamesha mere bachon ke saath hain.luv u.”

The left-handed batsman played superb 68 runs knock to guide his team to victory over the visitors. Team India levelled the series 1-1 after they thrashed Kiwis by 6 wickets.

India and New Zealand will now face each other in the 3rd and the final ODI. This is going to be the decider as both the teams have won one match each. New Zealand will be hoping to create history by winning the series as they have never won a bilateral ODI series on Indian soil. India, on the other hand, will be hoping to keep their winning momentum going. They already won 6 series so far on the trot including against Australia, England, Sri Lanka and others.

The third ODI will be held in Kanpur on October 29.
