The world might witness the birth of Jadeja’s child amidst ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Well, Jadeja is not the only one who has done something like this. Before him, it was former Indian skipper MS Dhoni who did not see his newborn child Ziva because of his commitments with the team.

Jadeja is expected to make it into the playing XI against Pakistan seeing the form he has displayed against New Zealand and Bangladesh in the warm-up game. He was destructive with the bat too. He bowled well against the Kiwis picking up 2 wickets in 4 overs.

Though Jadeja had a bad run in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 for Gujarat Lions, he will be tough to ignore in ICC Champions Trophy 2017 matches with Pakistan, South Africa, and Sri Lanka.
