Malayalam actress thanks supporters, opens up for the first time post the horrific harassment incident

Ten days after the harassment incident, the Malayalam actress has finally opened up on social media. The actress, after being attacked by goons on 17 January night has joined the sets of her upcoming film, Adam in Cochin on Saturday. Directed by Jinu Abraham and produced by Stanly C S and Jose Simon, the film stars Prithviraj in the main lead. Adam also stars Naren and Kaanchi fame Mishti Chakraborty. The film also marks her collaboration with Prithviraj – Naren duo after the 2009 hit film, Robin Hood.

After being silent for all these days, the actress finally opened up on Tuesday morning. She posted on her Instagram page:

Well, with such a strong statement, she has indeed proved that she’s not only a braveheart but also an inspiration for many.

Apart from Adam, her 2017 line-up include Swapnathekkal Sundaram, Vilakkumaram, Honey Bee 2: Celebrations and Adventures of Omanakkuttan. She is also making a guest appearance as herself in Oru Visheshapetta Biriyanikissa.

The actress made her acting debut in 2002 Kamal super hit film, Nammal. In a career spanning over a decade, she has appeared in 75 films including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
