There were rumours that Shah Rukh Khan is playing a cameo in Anurag Basu’s Jagga Jasoos, which features Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the lead. However, then latest buzz has it that King Khan has no role in the film.
Clarifying the rumours, Ranbir talked to an entertainment portal and revealed that SRK is not a part of the film. He said: “I don’t think there’s Shah Rukh Khan. I would have known. There could be another person’s cameo.”
When the same question was asked to Basu, he also refused the possibility of having the Raees actor and said: “There can be a surprise. I am not committing the actor.”
Shah Rukh Khan may not be a part of Jagga Jassos but his cameo in Salman Khan’s Tubelight has already created a stir. In the trailer itself, a glimpse of the actor was revealed and fans couldn’t hold their excitement.
On work front though, SRK is in news for his next with Anushka Sharma – Jab Harry Met Sejal, directed by Imtiaz Ali. The actor is playing the role of a guide while Anushka is essaying the character of a tourist. The film is slated for release on August 4.
