In fact, she also launched her workout DVD Super Hot Sunny Mornings and inspired many to work on their fitness. Sunny’s Instagram is filled with pictures and videos of her fitness regime and in case you have watched any of her videos, you will realise that her workout is not at all easy.
In one of her recent interviews, Sunny Leone told that she is on a juice cleanse and raw food diet and apart from the juices, her diet consists of only apple cinnamon or brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal. Sunny doesn’t believe in the concept of size zero and thinks that being fit and healthy is all one should aim for. To keep herself in shape the actress works out for about 40-45 minutes daily.
Sunny Leone’s workout regime is a mix of both cardio exercises and weight training. While spinning is one of her favourite cardio exercises, she makes sure to include her new favourite ‘hot yoga’ in her training session. She performs yoga by wearing a sweat suit and also has a yoga app on her phone. Not many of you many know, but Sunny Leone is an early riser and breakfast is her favourite meal of the day.
In fact, she starts working out after breakfast and doesn’t like to deprive herself of food. Sunny Leone believes eating healthy and her mantra is life says: ‘Eat healthy, enjoy your life and embrace yourself’.
