We all know Salman Khan is a fitness freak and loves to workout for hours. Though currently, Salman is busy promoting Tubelight, he never misses a chance to hit the gym. Recently, he was spotted cycling on Mumbai roads in Bandra. This is not something new for the Dabangg Khan, but what is new is that he cycled past Shah Rukh Khan’s Mumbai residence and shouted out his name. Well, that’s sweet! So, we all know Salman Khan is a fitness poster boy and love flaunting his abs now and then. We still remember his Maldives pictures.
It’s not just Salman Khan who worked so hard to get that perfect body, but he has also inspired many actors including Sonakshi Sinha, Zarine Khan, Varun Dhawan, Hrithik Roshan and Arjun Kapoor. According to a fitness website, Salman Khan was not the same earlier. Like most of us, he used to love eating spicy Indian and Italian foods. And pizza, ice cream, and pav bhaji were his favourite. However, his gym trainer Manish Advilkar worked on Salman’s diet and fitness schedule.
Also, the same website featured Salman’s diet which includes a lot of eggs. We have seen Salman flaunting his physique for almost two decades and his fitness trainer was once quoted saying that Salman does around 2000 sit-ups and 1000 push-ups. He loves cycling and jogging.
Apart from all this, recently in an interview with a popular entertainment portal, Salman Khan revealed what he eats and abut his diet plan. Well, you can watch the video above, here is what he said.
What He Eats:
Salman eats everything, except beef and pork. He also said that he is avoiding shellfish these days as its consists high cholesterol. Salman also eats a lot of vegetables. He further revealed about his special recipe known as ‘michchar at home’. That’s nothing fancy guys, it is just a mixture of all the food available at home.
Salman Khan’s Diet:
He again said, he eats everything and spends 20-30 minutes extra in the gym.
BTW he sometimes loves eating his jeans too.
