Hina Khan, who is popularly known by her screen name Akshara, is making headlines these days for her never seen before avatar in reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi season 8. The actress can be seen flaunting her lean and toned body in the show while performing various stunts and her fans are going gaga over it. Hina Khan has quit the TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in which she used to play a character much older than her age.
And now the actress is dedicatedly working on her fitness and is waiting for the right script to play a character which will change her TV image completely. It has been almost 3 months that the actress has joined a gym under the guidance of her trainer Vikas Dogra and keeps on posting her workout videos and pictures on her social media account.
Hina starts her workout regime with a light warm up and ends it with a cool down session. She follows an intense workout routine which a combination of various TRX exercises. TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise in which every exercise is turned into a challenge. It includes various forms of exercises like Push-Up, Mountain Climber, Squats and Lunges which are performed using the TRX straps.
In fact, in one of her interviews, Hina Khan told that her inspiration to get into fitness is none other than B-Town beauty Neetu Kapoor. There are no cheat days in Hina’s diet as she believes in eating everything but in the right quantity. To keep herself hydrated throughout the session, she keeps on drinking water and whey protein in small quantities as it helps in keeping her energised during the exercise.
