Watch: Now you can use bra inserts to blend your makeup

Tired of old fashioned sponges or fingers? It’s time you switch to your bra inserts

If you are tired of fixing your makeup with those old fashioned sponges or fingers, it’s time to switch to your bra inserts. Now you must be wondering to find a relation between bra inserts and makeup. Well! The answer is right here. To facilitate the application of makeup, Hong Kong-based Molly Cosmetics has created an unusual beauty tool ‘SiliSponge’ that looks like your bra inserts or tiny breast implant.

Like bra inserts, this unusual tool is made out of silicone and encapsulated in a super – flexible material called thermoplastic polyurethane. Available for $9, the tool became a favorite makeup blender among the makeup artists soon after its launch.

The best part about it is that even if you are not ready to spend $9 on this unusual tool, another way to enjoy the benefits of this discovery is to opt for your bra inserts or breast implants. The only difference between SiliSponge and bra implants is the size. While SiliSponge comes in a smaller size in order to make it a handy product, breast implant size made it a little hard to maneuver at times.

Molly Cosmetics mentions on its Instagram “our Original Silisponges are SGS TESTED (SGS is a worldwide renown testing lab). Proven 100% SAFE to use, absolutely non-toxic. Think twice before you buy other similar products in the market. You could be buying non-tested products. Using non-tested and non-safe products could cause damage to your skin.”

Molly Cosmetics claim that the new tool is not only easier to use, but it also saves your cosmetics from being wasted, as its non-porous silicone surface doesn’t soak your foundation, highlighter, or blush. Moreover, it takes a lot of time to clean those old sponges, while you can clean this SiliSponge with your makeup wipes only.

Watch it performing the task with brilliance and perfection:

Another benefit of #silisponge is it works well with cushion foundation. No more wastage! #mollycosmetics

S I L I S P O N G E * Use very very little product and that’s the key! Build/stack if you need more coverage. * Use circular motion to spread and tap to blend and settle . Wasting products is history now cos, of course, it doesn’t soak in a thing! Tried it today, and the foundation needed is literally just half the amount compared to directly using brush or sponge. Spreading product with it will take some getting used to, final blending can always be finished with oval brush or usual sponge (for example beautyblender), that means washing the oval brush or the sponge will be minimized and they will last a whole lot longer. It is ideal for people who don’t like messy fingers during makeup. AND I bet you can imagine cleaning THIS APPLICATOR will literally take no more effort than rubbing it with a little soap and rinsing with some luke warm water. If you are a professional makeup artist, can you imagine how exciting it is that you can use it on one client/model, clean it with a makeup remover and sanitizing spray, and then you can use it on another client/model immediately just like that? Throwing away disposable sponge can totally be minimized!!!! .
