An Instagram user resorted to slut-shaming Bengali actor Swastika Mukherjee after she posted her picture on social media handle, and the actor’s reply is much more than EPIC. Swastika recently posted a picture on her Instagram handle sporting a purple shade lipstick with a pout and a status “Shimmering Dark Purple”.
An Instagram user with the handle name mimiyamuskan commented in the post saying, “You look like a prostitute”.
But Swastika was not ready to bow down and gave a thought-provoking reply to the user.
“I love prostitutes. They are an important part of the society and they wash off the filth of our thoughts with their bodies. I have immense respect for sex workers and have no qualms about looking like one,” she replied in a comment.
Swastika’s reply is widely being applauded on social media. And this is not the first time that the actor, who had earned acclaim for her roles in the film like ‘Jaatishwar’, has given befitting replies to trolls.
Earlier this year she had schooled the netizen who said she had “saggy boobs” after she posted a picture of herself on Instagram.
Responding to the comments, she tweeted, “I had posted this picture on Instagram and all I heard was ‘WHY DO YOU HAVE SAGGY BOOBS?!’ Why are men always commenting on women’s saggy boobs ?? Breastfeed a child for years and then talk fuckers. I am proud of my saggy boobs. I am a proud mother. I didn’t use pumps.”
