Yes, Baahubali 2 is a huge film and is all set to set the Box Office on fire but should the price to watch any film be as big as this?

Baahubali 2 is the much-awaited movie of the year. Fans are eagerly waiting to know why Katappa killed Baahubali in the second installment of the film. Apart from this, the movie has also created the headline for its grand scale release. From releasing in more than 8000 screens worldwide to its press invites, the makers of the film have left no stone unturned in promoting the film on a grand scale. But, now a new update about the film will leave you in surprise. People are paying as much as Rs 2400 to watch this magnum opus in theatres. Yes, you read that right! If you want to watch it in luxury, one has to pay Rs 2400 for this war epic at the theaters this weekend. The advance booking for the film has already begun. At Delhi’s PVR Director’s Cut (Ambience Mall), the highest price one had to pay for the ticket of the film is Rs 2400.

A theatre near Lalbagh, the epicenter of Tamil movies, is starting its first show at 4 am on Friday, 28 April. Usually, it charges Rs 100 and Rs 200 as the ticket price for a film, but for the SS Rajamouli film, the charges include Rs 600 for the balcony/platinum seats and Rs 500 for the lower classes.

Baahubali ticket price

Baahubali: The Beginning, that released in 2015, had a phenomenal run at the Box Office. It ended up as one of the biggest grossers of Indian cinema. So, like its previous part, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is also expected to leave a mark at the Box Office and is of course, supposed to create a new history.

Directed by S S Rajamouli, the film stars Rana Daggubati, Prabhas, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sathyaraj and Anushka Shetty among others.
