Finally, the much-anticipated trailer of Baahubali 2 is here and it is grander than its prequel Baahubali. The video will give you goosebumps and you will not be able to take your eyes off it. Now, we know why in one of his interviews, director Rajamouli called Baahubali as starters and Baahubali 2 as the actual meal.
While the trailer was to be released on Thursday evening, the team decided to unveil the trailer in morning itself, after the Tamil version was leaked online. The entire 2-minute video will give you a glimpse of Prabhas journey as Mahendra Baahubali and his epic battle with Bhallala Deva, played by Rana Daggubati.
The trailer starts with the swearing in of Amrendra Baahubali as the new king of Mahishmati and then goes on to show the visuals of Kattappa killing Baahubali. While the prequel was just an introduction of the characters, Baahubali 2 will show their life in a flashback.
If compared to the prequel, Baahubali: The Conclusion has action sequences and visual effects that will take your breath away. After watching the trailer you will realise that there is much more to the story than we ever imagined. And this trailer will definitely make you even more impatient to watch the film.
Both Rana Daggubati and Prabhas are looking superb in their beefed up look and we will also get to see Anushka Shetty, who plays the role of Devasena, in a younger avatar. Keeping all this aside, we will finally get to know, Why Kattappa killed Baahubali?
Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Anushka Shetty, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj, the second part will have a simultaneous release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam. The film will hit the screens worldwide on April 28 this year.
