Priyanka Chopra, found herself at the receiving end of hatred after she put up selfies at the Holocaust memorial. After being slammed, the Baywatch actress deleted those images

Priyanka Chopra has come at the receiving end of criticism for posting selfies from the Holocaust memorial in Berlin. The Baywatch actress was in the capital city of Germany to promote her Hollywood debut. During the visit, she went to the memorial with her brother Siddharth Chopra. At the memorial, Priyanka and Siddharth clicked selfies and posted on social media. This act was termed insensitive by many and the actress later deleted the images.

For those who don’t know Holocaust Memorial, it is a site constructed to remember the Jews killed by German dictator Adolf Hitler. The construction started in 2003 and it finished in 2004. It was inaugurated in 2005, 60 years after the World War II. It is not hidden that what Adolf did to the Jews was inhumane and history can never forget it.

So, Priyanka Chopra taking selfies at the memorial did not go down well with people. Many said that this was not expected from someone of her stature. She should have thought through before pulling off such an act that would hurt not only Jews but everyone across the globe.
