Twitter asks Karan Johar why didn't he speak in the issue before

After Karan Johar’s official video statement on the release controversies of his upcoming — Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Twitter has gone hysteric. While ‘Karan Johar’ is trending on the social media platform, the filmmaker is facing a lot of ire for keeping mum for so long. In his video statement, Karan has said that his duty towards his country takes precedence over his personal interests.

Earlier in the day, the filmmaker also hinted at leaving Twitter citing a rather disgusting tweet made to mock him and his film — Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Featuring Fawad Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is slated to release on 28 October.
