How Game of Thrones beat Baahubali 2 when even Aamir Khan's Dangal couldn't

Baahubali 2 has been unseated by Game of Thrones. The TV series has managed to do what even Bollywood biggies failed to do

Baahubali 2 competing with Bollywood movies is so passe, the fight is now with the biggest drama series of recent times- Game of Thrones. Sadly in the competition with Game of Thrones, Prabhas starrer Baahubali: The Conclusion has been defeated. The trailer of the seventh season of Game Of Thrones reportedly got 61 million views in a matter of 24 hours, while Baahubali 2 had garnered 50 million views in the said time.

This is a combined data across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. While Baahubali: The Conclusion unseated the trailers’ views of biggies like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan; it was beaten by Game of Thrones. The trailer of the seventh season of this fictional show gave a sneak peek to what to expect from it. It gave an insight into the characters remaining- Cersei Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, Arya and Sansa Stark, Tyrion Lannister and the Red-headed woman. The trailer also showed the most-anticipated moment of the series- the mother of dragons Daenerys landing in Westeros to ‘claim what is hers’.
