Beyoncé and Jay Z want daughter Blue Ivy to watch the twins' birth

Pop singer Beyoncé Knowles and her husband Jay Z want their first daughter Blue Ivy to watch her give birth to her twins.

Pop star Beyoncé Knowles might be an international sensation but there is no denying that she is a bit unconventional. Recently, the 35-year-old singer, who is pregnant with twins, announced that she and her husband Jay Z want their five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy to be in the delivery room with them. As if children already don’t feel hatred for a newborn sibling, now Blue Ivy has to watch them be born? *First child syndrome intensifies*

Reportedly, Beyoncé feels that watching her twin siblings be born will help Blue Ivy develop as an elder sister. Also, she and her husband don’t want to exclude her out of the “magical family moment.” They are concerned their daughter might feel neglected. “They’re worried that their daughter might feel left out when the twins arrive, so they’re trying to make sure she feels involved every step of the way,” a source told the Daily Star.
