Needless to say, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s upcoming project Jagga Jasoos is the much-awaited movie of this year. The well-known reason is that the film will mark the on-screen comeback of ex-lovers after Raajneeti in 2010. It’s been almost a year since Ranbir and Katrina decided to part ways. Following which, speculation was rife that Katrina and Ranbir did not get along while shooting for the film post break-up. It is also being said that they will not promote the film together. However, putting all the rumours at rest, Ranbir finally confirmed that the actress will be part of Jagga Jasoos’s promotions.
While talking to reporters on the sidelines of an award function, Ranbir said, “Katrina has worked very hard on the film. The film is hers as much as it is mine. We will promote it really well and release it well too. When we make a film, we make it with a lot of love and sincerity. We would like to put it across in the best way possible,”
The duo has finally completed the shoot of the long-in-the-making Jagga Jasoos, helmed by Anurag Basu. The film also happens to be Ranbir’s first production.

“The movie is set to release on July 14. Yesterday (Monday) was the last day of Jagga Jasoos shoot. I am very happy with how it has turned out. It is my first film as producer and I hope everyone supports and loves the film. I hope that the audience likes it too,” Ranbir says.

The actor, who is currently working on the Sanjay Dutt biopic, says the film is 60 per cent complete. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film also stars Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt, Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt and Dia Mirza as Maanayata Dutt. Apart from them it also has Sonam Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in key roles.
