Here's what made Sonam Kapoor say sorry to Amitabh Bachchan in front of all

Amitabh Bachchan seems to be unhappy with Sonam Kapoor as he says he didn't get any reply from the actress when he wished on her birthday

Amitabh Bachchan, who was last seen in Ram Gopal Varma directorial Sarkar 3, seems to be unhappy with Sonam Kapoor as he says he didn’t get any reply from the actress when he wished on her birthday. Sonam, daughter of actor-producer Anil Kapoor and Sunita Kapoor, turned 32 on June 9. To wish the actress on her birthday, Big B on Mondy took to Twitter and wrote: “And what about me? This is Amitabh Bachchan, my dear… I sent you an SMS on your birthday and you never replied.”

Sonam had a different story to tell. Replying to his tweet, the Neerja actress wrote: “Oh my God sir! I didn’t get it! I always reply! Thank you so much! I got Abhishek Bachchan’s message. I’m so sorry.”

Abhishek, son of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, wrote on June 9: “Here’s wishing a very Happy Birthday to Sonam Kapoor. Hope you have an even better year than the last one. Our butter chicken meal is pending.”

Sonam, who celebrated her Birthday recently also received a special surprise from her rumoured boyfriend Anand Ahuja. He took to Instagram and posted a boomerang video of Sonam. In the video one can see, huge lightened cards which read the actress’ name on it.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is busy shooting for upcoming highly anticipated project Thugs of Hindostan in Malta. Apart from Big B, the film also stars Aamir Khan and his Dangal co-star Fatima Sana Shaikh. The upcoming film will also mark the first outing of Big B and Aamir together for a film. In the film, Aamir is likely to be seen performing some high-octane action sequences.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya of Dhoom 3, the film also features Katrina Kaif in a pivotal role.
