Ever since the makers have announced that the Baahubali fame Prabhas will next be seen in Saaho, several names of the actresses were doing rounds to play the female lead. Recently it is being reported that Katina Kaif will be cast opposite Prabhas. Now, according to the latest reports, it is being said that his Baahubali co-star and actress Anushka Shetty is being considered to play the female lead. Reports have it that Anushka and Prabhas will be romancing each other in Saaho.
According to reports, Prabhas is keen to cast Anushka in his next. Reportedly, Prabhas proposed Anushka as the lead in Saaho as he felt she will be the perfect match for him. However, the official confirmation about the same has yet to be announced. But if it will happen, it will be a treat for Prabhas and Anushka Shetty’s fans to watch them re-creating their on-screen magic once again post the success of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.

Prabhas and Anushka Shetty have earlier worked together in films like Billa (2013) and Mirchi (2013). The chemistry of these two actors has always impressed viewers. Apart from Prabhas, Saaho also fatures Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh. Neil, who was last seen on screen in an antagonist’s role in southern project Kaththi, will be seen as an antagonist again in upcoming Telugu action-thriller Saaho. In the upcoming action film, Prabhas will be seen in a totally different avatar.

Directed by Sujeeth, the film will see Prabhas performing some high-octane ction sequences. For the action sequences, International stuntman Kenny Bates, popular for his work on films such as Die Hard and Transformers, has been brought on board.
The movie, which will also be released in Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam, has music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
