The second motion poster of Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s Half Girlfriend is here and it looks amazing. The duo has recreated the cover of Chetan Bhagat’s novel and with the poster, the trailer release date of the film has also been announced, which is April 10.
And once again, the actors are drenched in rain. It looks like Shraddha and rain are just inseparable. In fact, it is also being said that romance in the rain plays a very important part in the film and that is why the second poster of the duo is also in the rain.
According to a report in Mid-Day, shooting for this second poster was a big challenge, as it has to look like the perfect moment between the two to recreate the cover. And to make it look more beautiful and emotionally appealing the duo shot for almost four hours to get the perfect shot.
Well, after so much of hard work it had to be the most amazing one. Helmed by Mohit Suri and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Half Girlfriend is a story of a small town boy Madhav Jha who falls in love with an upper-class Delhi girl Riya Somani and she agrees to be his half-girlfriend.
The film focuses on the new age love stories and also highlight the grey areas of today’s relationships. This is for the first time that Shraddha and Arjun have come together for a film and the duo is looking good together on-screen. Extensively shot in New York, Cape Town, Delhi, and Bihar, Half Girlfriend is one of the most-awaited film of this year.
