Now that it is officially confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan will play a cameo in Salman Khan’s upcoming film Tubelight, we just can’t wait to see the two superstars together.
Both SRK and Salman remained tight-lipped about King Khan being a part of the film, but after their pictures from the sets of the film went viral on the internet, everything got clear.
Directed by Kabir Khan, Tubelight is a war drama and Shah Rukh has an important part in the film. According to reports, the actor will be seen playing the role of a magician and will also sport a tattoo on his face. The movie is all set to release on Eid this year and also stars Chinese actress Zhu Zhu in lead role.
In an interview with Bollywood Life, Shah Rukh finally broke his silence and talked about the film and his experience of working with Salman. He said:
It was a great evening. I was unwell so we started at around 10:30 pm and we wrapped up at 4 in the morning, which is a regular hour for Salman and me. The two of us have always had fun working together, and shooting for the film was no different.
The actor also gave little details about his role in Tubelight and what made him work with Kabir Khan. He further added:
Our scene comes at a very special juncture in the film. But I can’t tell you more about it right now as it would be wrong to talk anything about someone else’s film until they decide to do it. I have known Kabir since his college days and I couldn’t deny the request of two of my friends.
In fact, while talking with IANS the actor also spoke about the third installment of the Don franchise and said:
Don is the only one which perhaps can have a sequel because we leave it like that every time, but Farhan doesn’t have any story for Don 3 yet.
Well, with SRK and Salman sharing screen space after a really long gap, this film has already made it to our must watch list.
