Special gift to a special person! Baahubali 2 team gift Karan Johar a sword

That's one hell of a gift by the Baahubali 2 team!

During the trailer launch of the much-awaited film Baahubali: The Conclusion, Karan Johar got an out-of-the-box gift. The team of Baahubali 2 gifted Karan a sword to which he said that “this is the best gift for my kids”. The film will hit the screens worldwide on April 28.

The trailer was launched in the presence of SS Rajamouli, Karan Johar, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati. Bollywood star director Karan further said that “this is the biggest movie event in my 25-years long career.”

Being asked on becoming a father Karan Johar said, “I am doing very well, my kids are doing well, too.”

Directed by SS Rajamouli and starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Anushka Shetty, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj, the second part will have be simultaneously release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.

As the Dharma Productions is distributing the Hindi version of the film, Karan shared the trailer of the Baahubali: The Conclusion on Twitter.

However, despite the Malayalam version being leaked ahead of official launch on Thursday, the two minutes and 20 seconds trailer managed to get 7.6 million views on YouTube within just 6 hours of its release. Baahubali 2 is a sequel to the 2015 blockbuster Baahubali: The Beginning.

The trailer starts with the swearing-in of Amrendra Baahubali as the new king of Mahishmati and then goes on to show the visuals of Kattappa killing Baahubali. While the prequel was just an introduction of the characters, Baahubali 2 will show their life in a flashback.
