Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar says he is nervous as well as excited to shoot a heavy duty climax sequence for Salman Khan – Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai.
“Last 22 days to go ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, heavy duty climax action to begin from tomorrow. Nervous and excitement,” Zafar tweeted on Sunday.
The Yash Raj Films project is a sequel to 2012 blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger. The story will take off from where the first part ended and the makers have promised never seen before action sequences in the film. Ek Tha Tiger centered on the life of an agent of RAW, code-named Tiger, who falls in love with a Pakistani spy from ISI during an investigation and how Tiger’s ideology and principles change over time.
Tiger Zinda Hai revolves around global terrorism and how Tiger and Zoya work together to ensure that there is peace across the world. The action of Tiger Zinda Hai is designed by renowned Hollywood action director, Tom Struthers. The teaser trailer of Tiger Zinda Hai is expected to be out this Diwali along with Ajay Devgn’s Golmaal Again.
The movie will hit the big screen during the Christmas 2017 weekend and the trade is expecting Salman Khan to deliver a blockbuster this year end despite the poor performance of Tubelight at the Box Office. Tiger Zinda Hai has already been shot at Austria and Morocco and the final schedule is currently going on at Abu Dhabi.
Zafar didn’t mention the location where the climax scenes will be shot. Tiger Zinda Hai is Salman Khan’s third association with Yash Raj Films after Ek Tha Tiger and Sultan. Khan’s previous two association with the production house were Blockbusters and the expectations from the third one are sky high. It would be interesting to see if Salman delivers yet again.
