Padmavati Ghoomar song: Deepika Padukone nails the Rajasthani folk dance with grace and royalty

Ghoomar perfectly showcases the magic weaved by Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Padmavati

Ghoomar, the first song from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s visual masterpiece Padmavati is OUT and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Featuring Deepika Padukone as the ethereal Rajput queen, the song has been choreographed by Kruti Mahesh Midya and sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Swaroop Khan. And for the unintended, Ghoomar is a traditional folk dance of Rajasthan and is mainly performed by Rajput women at auspicious occasions such as at weddings and festivals.

In the song, Deepika can be seen dancing with grace and royalty donning a beautiful lehenga and choli with utterly gorgeous jewellery.
