Oops! Sonali Bendre calls Justin Bieber's concert a 'waste of time', organiser thanks her for the 'kind words'

While most of the celebs had a great time at Justin Bieber's concert, actress Sonali Bendre and Bipasha Basu had a rough night

Justin Bieber’s Purpose Tour India concert was a huge success and was jam packed with a gathering of around 45000 enthusiastic fans. The concert, which was held at Mumbai’s DY Patil stadium, found the biggies of B-Town including, Malaika Arora Khan, Sonali Bendre, Alia Bhatt, Sridevi, Arjun Rampal and others in attendance as well.

While most of the celebs had a great time and posted pictures from the concert from their social media account, some of them had a rough night. Bipasha Basu and her husband Karan Singh Grover had to leave the venue midway because of the lack of security for them. And actress Sonali Bendre, who attended the whole concert with his son, called it a ‘waste of time’.

Not only this, the actress took a jibe at the event organisers, Wizcraft and founder Andre Timmis for the lack of efficiency and a personal touch. Sonali took to Twitter and wrote:

Beibered out!!! #concert #growinguptoofast #momduties #purposetour

But instead of getting controversial, it got funnier when Andre Timmis not only retweeted her post but also replied to it and said: “Thank you so much for your kind words.”

Well, it clearly looks like Andre didn’t read her tweets carefully and thought that Sonali has a lot of positive things to say about the event. Or, maybe it was an intended pun!

Grammy Award winning Canadian singer Justin Bieber performed to a stadium full of his fans, who were excited, emotional and euphoric as the “Baby” singer took the stage in India for the first time on Wednesday night. The 23-year-old Prince of Pop is here as part of his Purpose World Tour, organised here by White Fox India.

“Hello India,” Bieber said to the crowd of Beliebers, who waited for hours in scorching heat to watch him perform on a humongous stage enhanced by graphics as well as enlivened with startling fireworks and the rousing response of the audience.
