Ajay Devgn was in a state of shock when the actor learned that Salman Khan had chosen a subject that he had been working on for a couple of years.
Actor Ajay Devgn has now taken to Twitter to slam the reports around his upcoming film. The actor whose last on-screen outing was Shivaay, is gearing up for the production of Sons Of Sardaar: The Battle of Saragarhi. The speculations were rife that Ajay is miffed with good buddy Salman Khan because Khan’s next film with Karan Johar was allegedly same as that of Sons Of Sardaar.
Reporting the news, dna mentioned that an upset Ajay sent a message to Salman. The report quoted a source saying:
He sent across an emotional message to Salman, the same week as the announcement, through a common friend, saying he hadn’t expected Salman to hurt him like this. He added that it was unfair of him to make a film on the same subject that he and his team had been working on for the last couple of years. He requested Salman not to do the same story if possible.
While the news spread like a raging fire, Ajay took to Twitter to clarify on the same. He has bashed the report in his tweet urging people to stop speculating such news.
The film in question here is based on the epic battle of 1897. Ajay had earlier revealed that this is giant project which requires a lot of research. It’s not been long that Salman and Karan had announced a film featuring Akshay Kumar, directed by Anurag Singh—an untitled project, the film is supposed to hit the screens in 2018.
