Salman Khan essays the role of a small town man Laxman Singh Bisht in his latest film Tubelight. Unfortunately, the Kabir Khan directorial has not been able to set the cash registers ringing as per expectations. Set against the backdrop of 19 Sino-India war, the film features Sohail Khan, Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, child artiste Matin Rey Tangu, late Om Puri and Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub. If you have seen the movie, you must have noticed the actress who plays Salman’s well-wisher Maya. She is also seen tapping her feet in the Radio song that has become very popular. Her name is Isha Talwar and she is a prominent face in Malayalam cinema.
Born on December 22, 1987, Isha has worked in several Malayalam films and gained accolades for her performance. She has also done quite a few Hindi TV commercials for prominent brands here. Isha made her Bollywood debut in 2000 flick Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai that featured Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai in pivotal roles. She made her Malayalam film debut with Thattathin Marayathu in 2012 and there was no looking back for this Mumbaikar.
