The much-awaited trailer of one of the most anticipated movies of 2017 Rangoon is out and we see nothing less than we expected. Set against the backdrop of World War II in an India amid the turmoil of its independence struggle, the film is a period drama shot mainly in Arunachal Pradesh and is directed by the action drama master Vishal Bhardwaj. We all have already witnessed the realism in the films that are made under his direction. Actor-director duo of Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj have given the films like Haider and Kaminey which have completely impressed the audience.
Rangoon, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Vishal Bhardwaj and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures is all set to hit the screens on February 24, 2017. The Haider director has also given the music to the film.
Despite the presence of two male actors-Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, Kangana Ranaut seems to be the center of attraction in almost every scene.
The war scenes, sizzling chemistry between Kangana & Shahid, easily relatable background score and the massive sets simply add to the beauty of the film. After watching the trailer, we can surely expect it to be something truly out of the box. Also being a Vishal Bhardwaj film we expect nothing but the best.
