And as Rajinikanth turns a year older today, people are celebrating his birthday all around the world. Born as Shivaji Rao Gaekwad, superstar Rajinikanth began acting in plays while working as a bus conductor and later joined the Madras Film Institute to pursue a diploma in acting. The rest is history!
Rajinikanth has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and many Hindi films as well. And despite being the biggest superstar in the country he is the most humble man you may have ever seen.
