Veteran actress Jaya Bachchan and MP Jaya Bachchan turned a year older today. Her son actor Abhishek Bachchan took to Instagram to share a picture of Jaya and wished her in the most beautiful way. The black and white image of Jaya is too elegant to be given a miss. Abhishek Bachchan wrote his feelings with the image and his words are something that almost every kid would want to say to their mother.
“Happy birthday Ma. No matter what one writes, it’ll never be enough to be able to express what you mean to me. I Love you!”, wrote Abhishek.
Jaya’s 69th birthday would have been celebrated with a lot of pomp and show but the Bachchans decided against it. They chose to not have a grand celebration because of the demise of Krishnaraj Rai, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father.

Jaya Bachchan is currently one of the most popular MPs. She has been vocal about many issues related to women. A few years back when she was speaking about the horrendous Nirbhaya gang rape case, she broke into tears. Jaya had demanded a safe environment for women in India.
On her birthday, a wish from her beloved son would have definitely made Jaya Bachchan extremely happy.
