Baahubali 2 trailer clocks 1 million views in 5 days, becomes India's most liked video ever

Baahubali 2 stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia in main lead roles. The film is scheduled to release on 28 April 2017.

Baahubali: The Conclusion aka Baahubali 2 trailer is on a roll. The action-packed trailer, which had released on Thursday is unstoppable on social media especially on YouTube.

InUth had previously reported that Baahubali 2 trailer had broken the trailer record of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees on YouTube to become the fastest film to cross 500K likes. The trailer also unseated Raees‘ record to become the most watched Indian film trailer as well.

And now, Baahubali 2 trailer has added yet another feather to its cap by becoming the most liked Indian trailer till date.

The trailer has garnered more than 1 million likes in 5-calendar days to emerge as India’s most liked trailer ever. The trailer also became the first Indian film trailer to cross the 1 million likes on YouTube. It is indeed a remarkable feat considering the records created within one week of its trailer release.

Meanwhile, the Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi combined versions of Baahubali 2 trailer is all set to touch 100 million views soon. The trailer has so far clocked 85 million views on YouTube to become the first Indian film trailer to do so.

Directed by SS Rajamouli and jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda, Kovelamudi Raghavendra Rao and Prasad Devineni, Baahubali 2 is a sequel to the 2015 blockbuster Baahubali: The Beginning.

The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia in main lead roles. Baahubali 2 also features veteran actors Sathyaraj, Nassar, Ramya Krishnan, Rohini and Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep. The film is scheduled to release on 28 April 2017.
