Operation Sulaimani

According to Wikipedia, Operation Sulaimani was named after Sulaimani chai which was started in 2015 by Prasanth Nair IAS, the District Collector of Kozhikode. The programme aimed at reducing poverty in the region. It was an initiative where customers have to pay for an extra cup of tea/coffee which is later given to any underprivileged person that asks for it.
